HNBR - Hydrogenated nitrile rubber
HNBR is a partially or completely hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber.
This particular structure allows the use of HNBR in a broad spectrum of temperatures: from -40° to 165°C.
HNBR has been widely employed for the linings of rolls used in steel mills and paper mills,
for the production of gaskets and for the lining of the auger pumps which operates in oil field.
HNBR rubber linings can quietly withstand temperatures from -45° C to 175° C and pressure up to 10,000÷15,000 PSI.
HNBR compounds is particularly resistant against oil, saturated and not unsaturated fat, in presence of ozone also.
