Rubber lining of equipment Tamburini is leader in the application of anticorrosion and/or antiabrasion elastomeric linings, on steel structures or on concrete items.
Our compounds are composed by first class raw materials, entirely bought from certified suppliers, on the national and international market. Our soft and hard rubber linings, known under “AKORROS®”, are among the most efficient anticorrosion and antiabrasion systems of protection. Tamburini’s linings, duly formuled, offer a lot of characteristics which hardly appear in the products proposed by the competitors: high resistance against a lot of severe fluids high resistance to the abrasion and the consequent lowest erosion level application of the most elaborated structures, keeping the whole properties of efficacy and entirety of the rubber lining. In many instances, the soft or hard rubber linings represent the most efficient solution for the protection of the steel surface or of concrete items. All requirements of Customers can be satisfied: from the removal of the existing rubber linings (with the guaranty of crushproof of the steel structure) to the final painting. If required by Customer, Tamburini can also supply the metal parts, whose construction is performed by qualified suppliers. Tamburini has got such utilities and equipments, which allow to process all items up to the maximum transportable sizes. Even if the transport of the item is not possible, the application of the rubber lining can be performed on Customer’s site, also in case of concrete items. The materials used for the application of soft or hard rubber linings and necessary adhesives, are entirely internally produced and controlled at 100%.
