VMQ - Silicone
Silicone rubber is a unique synthetic elastomer composed by a cross-linked polymer reinforced with silica.
Its characteristics are such that it provides the perfect balance of mechanical and chemical properties required by many of today's most exigent applications.
Silicone has an excellent resistance against corona treatment or, in general, against electric shock.
A typical characteristic of silicone is also the excellent resistance to high temperatures. Long-lasting temperatures of 240°C are supported.
